Basic train timetable

In this section you can see the basic train timetable from September 1, 2025. Please note - the basic timetable is informative.

DARBD. – train runs on weekdays
BRĪVD. – train runs on weekends and public holidays

1–7 – train runs on indicated day of week
E – in diesel trains with guaranteed seating, a ticket with an additional charge of €1.00 must be purchased
K – comfort coach available (additional charge 1.50 EUR)
P – from Rīga to Lielvārde and from Rīga to Jelgava diesel trains have additional charge 1.00 EUR
R – trains are cancelled by a separate order for repair works in technological “window” time notifying about it for 3 days in advance
– single-level boarding/alighting and PRM (Persons with Reduced Mobility) accessibility are ensured on train services operated with Škoda 16Ev and PESA 730 ML series trains.
– At the stops “Tukums II”, “Torņakalns”, “Ķegums”, “Pārogre”, “Dole”, “Daugmale”, and “Vagonu parks”, single-level boarding/alighting between the train and the passenger platform is ensured for passengers (except for persons who independently use a wheelchair — boarding the train or reaching the platform may involve minor environmental obstacles) on services operated with Škoda 16Ev or PESA 730 ML series trains.
– at Aizkraukle and Valga station, transfer to an other diesel train or electric train
– Tukums line: transfer train → bus
