Legal Basis

- Law on Governance of Capital Shares and Capital Companies of a Public Person
- Law on Assistance to Ukrainian Civilians

Core Principles of Donating
- The purpose of the donation corresponds to public benefit areas
- It is possible to monitor the use of the donation
- The Company has paid all taxes
- The previous reporting year closed with a profit
- The donation does not jeopardize the fulfillment of financial obligations
- The recipient is not subject to sanctions

- Culture and art
- Science and education
- Sports
- Environment and health protection
- Social assistance
- Strengthening of national defense capabilities
- General support for Ukrainian society
Donation Restrictions
- Donations do not exceed 1.5% of the previous year's profit
- Donations to public persons and their related organizations are prohibited
Donations are not Granted
- To individual natural persons
- For political or religious activities
- For unclearly formulated or questionable purposes
- If there is a risk of conflict of interest or reputational risk
Decision Making
- Decisions are made by the Company's Board
- Consent from the Company's Supervisory Board is required
- A written agreement is required if the donation amount exceeds 1,500 euros
Support for Ukrainian Society
- If the amount exceeds 1,500 euros, consent from the Supervisory Board and shareholders is required
- The same applies to the total amount of donations made to a single recipient during the year
Acceptance of Donations
- Donations are accepted for public benefit or to ensure the Company's operations
- Reputational and conflict of interest risks are evaluated
- The decision on acceptance is made by the Company's Board
Disclosure of Information
- The Company publishes information on its website regarding all received and made donations for at least the last five years.
